Abstract Allegorical Drawing

Enigmatic watercolor and pencil drawing, on thin paper loosely mounted on card stock. Of uncertain age, but likely early 20th c., Found in an old San Francisco Victorian. The abstract, hieroglyphic symbols, both incomprehensible and seemingly full of meaning, imply some kind of allegorical intent. Reminiscent of Kandinsky, or Hilma af Klint.
