Redwood Burl Cup

A delightful cup bearing the brand of Messner’s, a long-defunct curio shop in the California Redwoods. Sequoia sempervirens is of course the emblematic tree of the Golden State, found nowhere else on earth. This hand-turned vessel has charming, midcentury lines, and makes for a lovely display piece.
